Fathers Day!

Guess what I got to do for my fathers day? Photograph
my kids. My wife thought it would be a cute idea to
have a photo shoot outside because our plants finally bloomed and
it was a nice weather. It was the best fathers day present
I ever had, getting to take pictures of my kids.

First Animal Portrait Photo Shoot

Friday, June 19, 2009

My very first client(s) were Copper and Remy. I posted an ad on Craigslist for a
free photo shoot to help me get started with Photography. This two were
first to get my attention from that post. I was a bit skeptical because I know 1)
pets are hard to photograph (my dogs as examples) and 2) they would eat my camera.
But this two were the most photogenic dogs I've ever seen. I did get
some nice shots for my client as she used these images for a gift
to surprise her dad for his birthday.

First Kid Portrait For My Portfolio

Saturday, June 20, 2009

So this was my second client. Little three year old boy named Cole. It was
a very fun shoot. I got to run around with him and play for an hour. It was
like being a kid all over again : )

Photography and Design

Welcome to my blog! My goal here is to show what I've created with graphics design and photography. Although I have been focusing more on photography,
Graphics design will always be a part of me. I enjoy working with photoshop and drawing.
I feel that photography and graphics design is a good marriage to start something new as they compliment each other. There are many possibilities you can do with it. My long term goal is to make it big with these two art forms and someday, maybe someday, be my own boss. But for now, I'm taking baby steps. Learn everything and anything there is to know about photography and design so that I can build up a good repertoire. So feel free to browse this blog as I will be posting my recent work as they come along. I don't mind constructive criticism.

I will be uploading my recent work with graphics design shortly...

Thank you for stopping by!
